Offensive Wards/Wells
Ok since it's an offensive mechanic I guess it's not really a Ward, per se, as it doesnt protect you against anything but the idea behind it seems somewhat decent enough.
It's as straight-forward as it sounds; you put down an AoE that buffs your allies or party members in an offensive manner. For example, attacks cannot be blocked, blocked attacks cause KD/bleeding/some condition, attack/cast x% faster, deal X amount more dmg, have +x% chance for a crit hit, move x% faster, attrubutes are +1, return x% of damage received from foes(?), etc etc.
Alternatively, these AoEs could affect both teams the same way or provide a buff and de-buff for the users. For instance, you attack x% faster but foes cast x% faster or your attacks cannot be blocked but you take x% extra damage. Perhaps deal +x% more dmg but take x% more as well. I like this double-edged idea much better than the first two but decided to list them all anyway.
Now, due to campers/turtlers molesting wards I would also propose that the most recent AoE effect take precedence (might not be possible on current engine). Of course lamers will have their fair share of wards but an opposing one would cause them to cast the other ones much quicker, disrupting their timing i.e. there would be an overlap which would cause a period where they are wardless and vulnerable; on overturned turtle shall we say.
